Do You Charge Waiting Time at the airport?

Only If you are later than 1 hour as We look at your flight arrival before we come to pick you up.

How Much?

£20 an hour.

Do you do other Work?

Yes I will deliver Documents to addresses.

Can I book you for the whole day?

Yes terms are negotiable.

Do you charge more past Midnight?

Yes terms are negotiable.

Do you accept Account Work?

Yes terms are negotiable.

What are Your terms?

28 days payment.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes and we also accept Cash and Cheques covered by Cheque Guarantee Card.

I'm at the Airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?

Our chauffeurs always wait inside the terminal, next to the exit from Customs, with a board carrying your name and flight number.

Can I change the original journey?

Yes, please ask us to quote for any alteration.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, providing you give us sufficient notice.

Can I smoke in your cars?

Although we observe a non smoking policy in all our cars, smoking is strictly at the driver's discretion.

What accessories can I expect in your cars?

All cars have air-conditioning and quality sound system - please tell us about your special requirements at the time of booking.

*Please note we do not promote our business on our vehicles or have noisy radios in our cars. All our drivers are CRB checked and passed.
